Delivery information

Shipping within Germany

We ship all orders within Germany Free shipping with DHL . There are no additional shipping costs for standard deliveries.

Shipping to other European countries

For deliveries to EU member states we charge a flat shipping fee of 11.90 € – regardless of the order value.


Delivery times

Domestic (Germany)

Our standard delivery time is 2 to 3 working days .
Orders that Monday to Friday before 2 p.m. We usually ship on the same day.

Abroad (EU)

Shipments to other European countries usually reach you within 3 to 5 working days .
Unless otherwise stated in the product offer, delivery will be made within 5 to 8 days after receipt of payment.


Important instructions

  • There is no shipping or delivery on weekends or public holidays.
  • For orders with multiple items, the delivery time may be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
  • Partial delivery will only be made if this has been expressly agreed.

Self-collection

We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready. Pickup will be at our warehouse at Zu Hildringhausen 17, 57462 Olpe. There are no shipping charges for pickups.

Packstation

When delivering to a packing station, please provide the corresponding Packstation number as well as your Postal number (PostID) correctly.

Shipment tracking

After dispatch you will receive an email with Tracking link that allows you to track your delivery at any time. You can also find the shipment tracking information in your customer account under the respective order.

Freight forwarding

For particularly large orders or items with special shipping requirements, delivery is handled by a freight carrier. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight, delivery location of the order, and the current prices at the time of ordering.
