Prepayment (bank transfer)

After placing your order in our online shop, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email – provided you have provided a valid email address.
Here you will find all the important information:

  • Your ordered items

  • Prices and shipping costs

  • Your order number

  • Our bank details for the transfer

This is how payment in advance works:
Please transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account listed below. Once we receive your payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be shipped as soon as possible. On the day of shipment, you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Important for international transfers:
Please use a SEPA transfer in euros . Advance payments from abroad are only possible within the EU .

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly in online shops – and completely free of charge.

How to use PayPal:

    1. Register at www.paypal.de/anmeldung

    2. Link your bank account or credit card

    3. Simply select “PayPal” as the payment method during the order process

Important: Please only use PayPal via the shopping cart in our online shop. The "Send Money" function is not connected to our system.


PayPal installment payment

With PayPal installment payments, you can finance your order flexibly and pay conveniently in monthly installments.*

How it works:

    1. Select “PayPal” as payment method in the checkout

    2. Log in with your PayPal credentials or create a new account

    3. Select the “Instalment Payment” option within PayPal

    4. After successful verification, complete the purchase – we will ship your order as soon as possible

Conditions:

    • Creditworthiness required

    • Valid for amounts between €99 and €5,000

    • Effective annual interest rate: 9.99%

    • Fixed interest rate: 9.56%

If you wish to pay by credit card, you must place an order directly through our online shop.

During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. You will then receive an automatic order confirmation via email, provided you have provided a valid email address.

This confirmation contains all relevant information about your order (items, prices, shipping costs, order number).
On the day of dispatch you will also receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to track your package.


Klarna – Purchase on account

With Klarna, you can pay for your order only after you have received the goods . This makes shopping particularly secure and convenient.

How it works:

    1. During the ordering process, select “Klarna invoice” as the payment method.

    2. After shipping, you will receive a separate email from Klarna with your invoice.

    3. You then have 14 days to transfer the invoice amount directly to Klarna – at no additional cost.

Your advantages:

    • First the goods, then pay

    • No need to create account details in the shop

    • Convenient processing directly with Klarna

    • Full transparency and buyer protection

Note: Invoicing is handled exclusively by Klarna. Please do not transfer to our shop, but directly to Klarna according to the payment information on the invoice.


Instant bank transfer (Klarna Sofort)

With Sofortüberweisung you can pay directly and securely via your online banking – without any registration.

How it works:

    1. Select “Sofortüberweisung” as your payment method during checkout.

    2. You will be redirected to the secure Klarna page.

    3. Log in with your online banking details and confirm the payment as usual.

    4. We usually receive a payment confirmation immediately – your order will be processed as quickly as possible.
