Advice

This depends on the type of clothing and the clothing size.

For women's clothing, we generally recommend hangers with a width of 38–43 cm, and for men, 44–47 cm.

There are special smaller sizes for children.

Returns & Complaints

For returns, please use our returns portal . You can easily log in using your order number and postal code or email address.

You will then see an overview of your order, select the desired item and automatically receive a DHL return label to print out.

Please send us a short message with your order number and photos of the damage. We will review the case as quickly as possible and arrange a replacement or refund.

You can return items within 30 days of receipt , provided the item is in unused condition.

The return is free of charge for you.

Regardless of the reason for the return, we will provide you with a DHL return label – simply via our returns portal or upon request by email.

Yes, you can also return individual items from an order via our returns portal . Simply log in, select the items, and download the DHL return label.

Returns are possible even without the original packaging, as long as the item is securely packaged. Please ensure that the goods are adequately protected during transport.

You will receive the return address after registering your return. Please do not return any items without prior consultation so we can ensure a smooth process.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can view the current status of your package there at any time.

We generally ship your order with DHL . In individual cases, we reserve the right to use alternative shipping partners—always with tracking, of course.

Delivery within Germany is usually 2–3 working days . Shipping to other European countries usually takes 3–5 working days .

In cases of high order volume or special formats, delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping is free within mainland Germany.

Yes, you will automatically receive a tracking link via email after shipment. You can also find the current shipment status in your customer account under your order.

Orders received before 2 p.m. on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

Otherwise, shipping will take place on the following working day.

Yes, delivery to DHL Packstations is possible without any problems. Please provide your postal code and Packstation number correctly during the order process.

If you are unavailable, the delivery driver will usually leave a notice. Your parcel can then be picked up at a nearby post office or parcel station.
