Maintenance and creation of new products in our system
Deadline monitoring of orders & deliveries
Preparation and assistance in discussions with suppliers
Coordination with warehouse, customer service and content team
Collaboration in the optimization of purchasing processes
What you should bring:
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
First experience in purchasing, wholesale or e-commerce desirable
Reliable, structured working methods and good self-organization
Knowledge of MS Office, ideally ERP experience

Your tasks:
You answer customer inquiries via email or telephone – whether they concern products, orders, returns or complaints.
You will provide honest and solution-oriented advice, maintain customer data in our system, and communicate with our warehouse and purchasing departments to quickly resolve issues.
Typical activities in your everyday life:
Advice and support for customers regarding products, orders & delivery status
Processing of queries, complaints and returns
Communication with suppliers regarding product-related issues
Recording and maintenance of service cases in the internal system
Close collaboration with the warehouse, purchasing & content team
What you should bring:
You have completed training in the commercial sector or have experience in e-commerce, customer service or retail.
You are communicative, reliable and enjoy working in a structured manner – on the phone as well as on screen.

Your tasks with us:
You'll develop content for our social media channels, newsletter, and website – from concept to implementation. Whether it's photos, videos, text, or stories – you'll contribute creatively, showcase our products, and help us further expand our brand.
Typical activities in your everyday life:
Creating posts for Instagram, Pinterest & Co.
Development and implementation of small campaigns or series formats
Creation of texts for posts, newsletters & website
Support with image editing, cutting or layouts
Close coordination with the team (digital & on-site)
What you should bring:
First experience with content creation and/or social media
Basic knowledge of Canva, image editing or video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
A sense of aesthetics, target groups and clear communication
